At the beginning of the program, you will undergo a thorough health and lifestyle assessment. Initial Consultation

You will receive a one-on-one initial consultation with a registered dietitian specializing in diabetes and weight management. During this session, the dietitian will review your health assessment, discusses your specific goals and challenges, and will begin to develop a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs.

Customized Meal Planning

Our dietitians will create personalized meal plans that accommodate your dietary preferences and restrictions while addressing your diabetes management and weight loss goals. Meal plans will be designed to optimize blood sugar control, promote weight loss, and improve overall health.

Bi-Weekly Private Sessions

Access to Food & Journal Lifestyle Software

You will have access to a range of educational resources, including webinars, video tutorials, and articles, to help you better understand diabetes management and weight loss strategies. Our resources focus on evidence-based practices and the latest research in the field.

Progress Reports & Goal Setting

Throughout the program, you will receive regular progress reports detailing your achievements and areas for improvement. You and dietitian will work together to set realistic goals and develop strategies for achieving them.

Maintenance & Follow-up

Upon completion of the program, you will have the option to schedule follow-up sessions with your dietitian to help maintain your progress and continue managing your diabetes and weight.
