At the beginning of the program, you will undergo a thorough health and lifestyle assessment. This includes an evaluation of your medical history, current health status, dietary habits, physical activity levels, and weight management goals. This information helps our dietitians develop personalized strategies for your weight loss journey.
Initial Consultation
You will receive a one-on-one initial consultation with a registered dietitian. During this session, the dietitian will review your health assessment, discuss your specific goals and challenges, and begin to develop a customized nutrition and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs.
Customized Meal Planning
Our dietitians will create personalized meal plans that accommodate your dietary preferences and restrictions. Meal plans will be designed to promote weight loss, improve overall health, and ensure you enjoy delicious, satisfying meals.
Weekly and Bi-Weekly Private Sessions
- First Two Months: Weekly private sessions with your dietitian to review progress, adjust meal plans, and discuss strategies for overcoming challenges.
- Months 3 and 4: Bi-weekly private sessions to continue monitoring progress and providing support.
- Months 5 and 6: Sessions every three weeks to ensure you stay on track.
Access to Food & Journal Lifestyle Software
You will have access to a HIPAA-compliant online platform for telehealth consultations and meal logging with over 7,000 recipes and shopping lists. This tool helps you track your meals, monitor progress, and stay organized.
Continuous Monitoring & Support
Our dietitians will closely monitor your progress throughout the program and provide support via messaging through our platform or app. You can ask questions, share concerns, and receive prompt feedback and guidance from your dietitian.
Supplement Analytics & Recommendations
Based on your health assessment and progress, our dietitians will provide personalized supplement recommendations to support your nutrition and weight loss goals. You will receive expert advice on the types and dosages of supplements that may benefit your health.
Educational Resources
You will have access to a range of educational resources, including webinars, video tutorials, and articles. Our resources focus on nutrition basics, portion sizes, food logging, and behavioral changes to support your weight loss journey.
Progress Reports & Goal Setting
Throughout the program, you will receive regular progress reports detailing your achievements and areas for improvement. You and your dietitian will work together to set realistic goals and develop strategies for achieving them.
Maintenance & Follow-up
Upon completion of the program, you will have the option to schedule follow-up sessions with your dietitian to help maintain your progress and continue your healthy lifestyle. You will also have access to resources and support groups post-program, with monthly check-ins for the first three months.
